What we store on your device, and why.

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so that it can recognise the same browser later. Some are set by us, some by services we use, principally Shopify, which runs this shop. Similar technologies including local storage and pixels are covered by the same rules and by this policy.

Our banner is Shopify's standard consent banner. Its wording is Shopify's, not ours, and describes what the four categories are capable of carrying rather than what this particular shop currently does. The four sections below tell you what is actually running.

These keep your basket, hold your session while you move between pages, remember your currency and region, protect forms against abuse, and record your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page.

The law does not require consent for these, because you cannot have a working shop without them. You can still block them in your browser, but the site will not work properly if you do.

Shopify's banner lists this category because the platform supports it. It covers cookies that would store details of what you looked at in order to change what you are shown on a later visit.

We do not currently use it. Nothing on this site reorders itself, recommends differently or greets you differently based on a previous visit. The category stays listed and stays consent gated, because that is the honest position if it ever changes.

These tell us which pages people read, how they found us and where they gave up. We use them to decide what to write next and what to fix, not to build a profile of you.

Two things run here: Shopify's own store analytics, and one analytics pixel we have added ourselves. Nothing in this category is set before you consent. If you decline, the site works identically and we simply know less.

Shopify's banner says these are used to "show you ads". That is Shopify's standard wording for what the category can do. It is not a description of this shop.

No advertising pixel is installed on this site. Not Meta, not Google Ads, not TikTok, not Pinterest, not any other network. You can check that yourself: open your browser's developer tools, look at the network tab, and reload any page. The category stays listed and stays consent gated, because we would rather tell you now what would happen if we ever added one.

Use the cookie preferences control in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your choice at any time. Declining is one click, exactly like accepting, and there is no penalty for it anywhere on the site.

You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser lets you do this per site.
