We sell online only and do not run a showroom, so there is no counter to walk up to. If you would rather speak to someone than write, say so in your email, leave a number and a couple of times that suit you, and we will ring you back.

Questions about an order

Include your order number, which begins TF-. It is on your confirmation email and it lets us answer in one reply instead of three.

Delivery arrangements are set out in the delivery policy. Your right to cancel and to a refund is set out in the refund policy. The terms your order is placed under are in the terms of sale. All three are linked in the footer of every page.

Complaints

Email hello@tarnfell.com and put "Complaint" in the subject line so it is not treated as a general enquiry. We will acknowledge it within one working day and tell you who is dealing with it.
