Is there an electrical supply where it would go?
A chilled plunge cannot run without one. A wood fired sauna does not need one at all.
What is the narrowest point between the road and the spot?
Not the gate. The pinch three metres past it, where the drainpipe is.
What would it be standing on?
More of these installations are spoiled from underneath than from above.
Are you in a smoke control area?
Much of urban and suburban Britain is. It decides whether you may legally burn wood in a garden structure with a chimney, and almost nobody selling saunas mentions it.
