Ask us anything: sizing, running costs, what the neighbours will think. A person replies, honestly, within one working day.
Delivery to mainland Britain is included in the price, and nothing is added at checkout. The Scottish Highlands, islands and hard to reach addresses are quoted in writing before dispatch. Installation is optional: we introduce you to an independent installer near you, typically from £650, paid to them directly. Lead times are stated up front, and access, weight and siting are talked through before you order.
Warranties honoured properly, spares sourced, questions answered. The relationship starts at delivery; it doesn't end there.

Five principles govern what we stock, what we write and who we partner with. Fail one and it does not get listed. They are public, so you can hold us to them.
- No inflatables. Ever. If it cannot live outside for a decade, it is not equipment, it is a toy.
- We don't chase trends. Cold water has worked for a thousand years. We stock the equipment, not the hype cycle.
- Judged by British conditions. Rain, frost, and a garden that is wet nine months a year. Scandinavian performance figures are a starting point, not a promise.
- Honest about what it won't do. The guides tell you when the cheaper option is the right one. No product here will fix your sleep, your mood and your marriage.
