Delivery

Planned properly, because it weighs most of a tonne.

Every product page states its own delivery position before you order, access agreed before dispatch, and lead times quoted as they really are.

How it works

What happens between your order and your garden.

Equipment this size is not a parcel. Everything below exists because the commonest way a delivery goes wrong is that nobody checked the route.

01

What delivery costs

Delivery and installation are quoted separately, on the product page, before you order.

Delivery is priced by the product, not by a rule we apply to everything, and the figure is on the product page before you order. It is confirmed exactly for your postcode before anything is dispatched. Installation is a separate choice again, offered on every product and quoted for your site, because what it costs depends on your access, your base and the electrical work rather than on the cabin.

What does not change: nothing is added at the final step of checkout, and nothing is invoiced to you afterwards that you were not shown first. If a figure has to be confirmed, we confirm it in writing and you can walk away at that point with a full refund.

The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are quoted individually, because the cost genuinely differs and we would rather tell you the real figure than average it into everybody else's price. We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.

02

Access, agreed before dispatch

We check the route with you rather than hoping.

Before anything leaves a manufacturer we will ask you where the largest vehicle that can reach you would park, the narrowest width and lowest height along the route to the spot, what the ground is and how it behaves when wet, whether there are steps, and who will be there on the day.

Photographs help more than measurements. A picture of the side passage answers in two seconds what a list of dimensions takes ten minutes to establish.

Where a route genuinely will not work there are honest options: track mats over grass, a different approach, a hired lift, or a crane. A crane sounds dramatic and often is not. We will price it rather than dismiss it.

03

Lead times, told straight

If we think it will be twelve weeks, we will say twelve.

Every product page carries its own lead time, and we quote it as our experience says it really is rather than as the manufacturer's best case. An honest twelve weeks is a better experience than an optimistic eight that becomes fourteen, and it lets you book your groundworks and your electrician for the right week.

If a lead time changes after you order, you hear it from us the day we hear it, not the week it was due.

04

The day itself

Kerbside as standard, with more arranged where it is needed.

Deliveries of this size are kerbside by default: the item comes off the lorry to a safe point at your property. Where the manufacturer offers placement, siting or installation we will tell you on the product page and arrange it at the time of order rather than afterwards.

Someone needs to be there. Please have the route clear, and a plan for where the packaging goes.

Check the equipment before the driver leaves. If anything looks wrong, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours. A claim raised immediately is a straightforward conversation. One raised three weeks later is not.

05

What to have ready

Base first, power second, water third.

The base should be finished and cured before delivery, not after. A sauna wants a level, free draining base with air movement underneath. A plunge wants a base rated for the filled weight, which is a great deal more than the empty weight: water is a kilogram a litre, so a six hundred litre plunge is more than half a tonne before you count the shell.

Electrical work also wants doing beforehand. An electric heater above a certain rating, and any chiller unit, needs a suitable outdoor supply installed by a qualified electrician. That job has a lead time of its own, so book it early.

Delivery questions

The ones we are asked most.

What happens if it will not fit?

We find that out before dispatch rather than on the day, which is the entire point of agreeing access first. If the route genuinely cannot work and no alternative method is practical, you are not committed: we will not dispatch an item we cannot deliver, and nothing is charged.

How long will I wait?

It depends entirely on the product, and the honest range across this category is wide. Every product page states its own lead time. Where an item is made to order, that is said plainly rather than hidden in the small print.

Will you install it?

Installation is offered as an option on every product and priced for your site rather than averaged into the shelf price. You choose it when you order and we confirm the figure with you before delivery. If you would rather arrange your own trades, the product page tells you exactly what the job involves and what trade you need, rather than implying it is a two person afternoon when it is not.

What if it arrives damaged?

Photograph it and email us within 48 hours. We handle the claim with the manufacturer and arrange the replacement or repair. You do not chase a factory and you do not translate anything.

Do you deliver outside mainland Britain?

Yes, to the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, quoted individually. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.
