The electric heater needs a three phase supply and the wood stove needs a flue and no supply at all, so your fusebox may make this choice for you.
Delivery & installation
Delivery is available across the UK. Most mainland postcodes are included in the price; offshore and some remote postcodes carry an additional charge, and we confirm the figure for your address in writing before anything is dispatched.
The cabin arrives flat packed in one crate, 2.4m by 1.1m by 1.5m at 1,270kg plus the heater and stones, delivered by a lorry with its own rear mounted forklift that sets the crate down on a firm, level spot outside your property. The courier phones ahead to agree the day. From the kerb the panels move through the garden by hand, which is how a building of this weight reaches a spot no vehicle can. Once it has left the warehouse it is usually with you within three to eight working days.
Installation can be arranged where you would rather not build it yourself. Once you place your order we confirm the delivery and installation options for your location, and nothing is dispatched until you are happy with both.
Warranty
Two years on the cabin from the date of delivery, under the manufacturer's published warranty. The heater, its controller and the lighting each carry their own maker's warranty, typically two to four years, and those terms are passed on to you in full with your order.
Thermally modified pine weathers to a soft grey under UV. That is the finish maturing rather than a fault, and no warranty anywhere covers the colour of timber standing outside.
Claims come to us. One email, and we deal with the manufacturer and the heater maker on your behalf rather than handing you a phone number.
Returns
This cabin is made to order in your choice of finish. Until the order is placed with the maker you can cancel and be refunded in full, with no reason needed.
After that, made to order goods are treated differently under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and our returns policy sets out exactly where that leaves you. Check the crate on the day it arrives and tell us about any damage within 48 hours; anything that arrives damaged or faulty is ours to put right either way.
About this product
The EDEN is the largest room in the range at 9.5 cubic metres, and the only cabin with a terrace: a covered deck under the roof overhang where you sit between rounds with the door open. Inside, two tiers of L shaped benches run two metres along each wall, which is how six people fit without anyone sitting on the step. At 2,429mm it has the lowest roofline of the four cabins, so it clears the 2.5 metre boundary cap with more room than the URSA does.
The walls are 55mm cross laminated timber, layers of wood bonded crosswise so the panel stays stable and holds heat the way a solid log wall does, and the floor is 60mm of the same, designed to balance moisture and resist mould. Outside is thermally modified pine, inside is knot free thermo aspen and alder. The glass door runs into a side window, so the room has a view rather than a porthole, and the roof carries on past the door to cover the terrace.
Two heaters, and your fusebox may make the choice for you. The electric option is the 10.5kW Narvi Velvet with its glass fronted UKU WiFi controller and stones; it holds up to 140kg of stone, which is what gives a large room soft, lasting steam, and it connects to a 400V three phase supply in 5 × 2.5mm² cable. Three phase is common on newer builds and rural properties and rare on an older suburban supply. The wood option is the Huum Hive Flow, supplied with a through the ceiling flue kit, protective bedding, a spill guard and stones. It needs no electrical supply at all, which is why a single phase household should look at it first.
Then one more choice: natural thermo pine, or the same cabin stained black, terrace included. The black finish is a special order with a longer lead time, which we confirm before you commit.
Who this is actually for.
Every product here is described with the honest opposite beside it: who it suits, and who should be looking at something else. If none of the descriptions below fits you, the right answer is elsewhere in the range, or elsewhere entirely, and we would rather say so.
Six people on two tiers of L shaped benches in a 9.5 cubic metre room, and a covered terrace outside the door for the ones cooling off. This is the cabin for a household that will use it together rather than in turns.
Worth confirmingit will mostly be one or two of you. A 9.5 cubic metre room takes longer and costs more to heat than a 3 cubic metre one, and a large cabin used by two people is the most expensive way to be warm.
The electric option is the Narvi Velvet 10.5kW, which holds up to 140kg of stone and connects to 400V three phase in 5 × 2.5mm² cable, as its maker publishes it. Three phase is common on newer builds and rural properties and rare on an older suburban supply. The wood option is the Huum Hive Flow with a flue through the roof, and it needs no electrical supply at all, which is why it is on this page.
Worth confirmingyou want heat on a whim with no installation. Neither option plugs into a socket: electric needs three phase and an electrician, wood needs a flue, a carbon monoxide alarm and a sweep twice a year.
At 2,429mm tall the EDEN clears the 2.5 metre boundary cap by 71mm before the base goes under it. The footprint is 2.2 metres square plus the terrace, on a base rated for well over a tonne.
Worth confirmingyou have nowhere outside your property a forklift can set a 1,270kg crate down. Solve that first, because it decides the purchase more surely than anything on this page.
The product that gets used is the one worth recommending, and it is not always the largest one.
The measurements that decide it.
Read this before anything else. Things this size are almost never sent back because they were the wrong product. They are sent back because the crate could not be set down, the panels would not reach the spot, or the ground under them was never going to hold them.
The height is the one to respect. At 2,429mm to the roof this cabin is under the 2.5 metre boundary cap by 71mm, and that cap includes whatever the cabin stands on. Two metres or more from the boundary, the cap lifts and the question disappears.

The heater connects to a 400V three phase supply, installed and certified by a qualified electrician. That is not included. On the wood burning option there is no supply to connect; the Huum Hive Flow needs its flue kit fitted through the roof and a carbon monoxide alarm in the room.
What owning one actually involves.
The handful of things that decide whether this is still in use in year three.
About 1,200kg built, before the heater, its stones and six adults, so you are designing for close to two tonnes. Concrete, concrete blocks or ground screws, level and drained, laid before the crate arrives, and extended under the terrace. The base is not included.
Electric means a 400V three phase connection in 5 × 2.5mm² cable, installed and certified by an electrician before first use. Wood means a flue through the roof, a carbon monoxide alarm and Ready to Burn logs, and no electrical supply at all, which is the answer for a single phase property.
One crate arrives at the kerb and the cabin goes up panel by panel on your base, terrace included. If you would rather hand it over, installation can be arranged for your location once you have ordered.
Made to order rather than taken from stock, so the current lead time is confirmed with you before you commit, and again when the order is placed. Once it leaves the warehouse it is usually with you within three to eight working days.

Heat up: 10.5kW × 0.75 h is 7.875 kWh. Holding: 1.5 h at roughly half duty is another 7.875 kWh. That is 15.75 kWh at 26.11p, working shown in full so you can check it.

15.75 kWh × 2 × 52 is 1,638 kWh. Three evenings a week is nearer £642. Both figures move with your tariff, which is why the unit rate is stated rather than buried.
your log price decides
An honest figure needs a fuel price, and log prices vary too much by region for one number to be true everywhere. Whatever you pay, wood sold in England in volumes under two cubic metres must carry the Ready to Burn mark. The Huum Hive Flow needs no electricity at all.
Assumptions: electricity at the Ofgem price cap unit rate of 26.11p per kWh, 1 July to 30 September 2026, including VAT; 45 minutes to temperature at full draw on the 10.5kW heater; thermostat cycling near half power once hot. The walls are 55mm cross laminated timber, which holds heat far better than an uninsulated cabin, but the maker says plainly that weather affects heat up time, so on a cold night the real figure sits above these numbers rather than below them. Rerun the sums at your own tariff.

Reasons to buy something else.
Delivery is by a lorry with its own forklift, which needs somewhere firm and level to place a crate 2.4 × 1.1 × 1.5m, 1,270kg plus heater and stones. A shared private road, steps to the kerb or a double parked frontage all need solving before you order, not on the day.
The electric heater is published by its maker for a 400V three phase connection. A three phase supply is a conversation with your network operator and a cost that varies by street. If that is not a road you want to go down, choose the wood burning option on this page, which needs no supply, or the URSA in this range on a 50 amp single phase circuit. We would rather say so than sell you a cabin you cannot switch on.
It will not, and no warranty anywhere covers that. Thermo pine weathers to silver grey under UV. It is a surface change, not a structural one, and the cross laminated timber underneath is unaffected. If a cabin that visibly ages would bother you, buy something clad in something else.
It is made to order, and the current lead time is confirmed with you in writing before you commit. If your deadline is fixed, tell us first and we will say honestly whether it can be met, rather than take the order and hope.
