Delivery is included in the price, kerbside to mainland Britain: England, Wales and mainland Scotland. The Scottish Highlands, islands and any address a lorry cannot reach are quoted in writing before dispatch, and if the figure does not suit you, cancel for a full refund. Northern Ireland: write to us before ordering. Nothing is added at checkout.
Delivery to a mainland UK address is in the price. The bath arrives by lorry to the kerb or the nearest firm, level spot the driver can reach.
Offshore addresses, the Scottish Highlands and islands, and any address a lorry cannot reach are quoted separately before you order.
There is no installation to arrange. It stands on a flat, load bearing surface, fills with a hose and plugs in.
Warranty
Two years on parts, and seven years in total on the compressor and the heat exchanger, which are the terms the brand publishes for the Remora Ice.
The brand belongs to its UK distributor, who administers the warranty directly, so there is no overseas maker in the chain when something needs fixing. Water care is the owner's side of the bargain: the exchanger warranty assumes the water going through it has been looked after.

The Remora Ice is a 700 litre plunge bath, 2,160mm long, 1,050mm wide and 750mm to the rim, with an acrylic shell on a stainless steel frame and a woodgrain effect cabinet that has the heat pump built into it. One thing to weigh up. It holds 5°C, where the IceFall on this site holds 0°C and the Harvia Frosty 4°C, so if the lowest number is the point then one of those is the better buy.

The numbers you need before you measure the space.
Read this before anything else. The two figures that decide whether this works where you are are the 2,160mm length and the filled weight, which is 700kg of water before you count the bath.
The heat pump sits inside the cabinet, so the 1,050mm width is the whole footprint; there is no separate unit to find room for. It breathes through a vented panel in the cabinet side, so that side needs air, not a fence pushed against it.
Why a heat pump changes the sums, and where it does not.
The brand's headline claim is that the built in heat pump uses up to 75 per cent less energy than an in line heater. That is a claim about heating mode, and the physics behind it is sound: a resistive heater turns one kilowatt of electricity into one kilowatt of heat, while a heat pump moves three or four kilowatts of heat for the same electricity. Seventy five per cent less is what a coefficient of performance around four looks like.
On the cold side the claim adds nothing, and it is worth being clear about that. Every chiller is a heat pump running backwards. There is no cheaper technology it is being compared with, so in chilling mode the facts that decide the purchase are practical ones.
The first is the plug. It ships with an RCD plug fitted, which means the whole machine sits inside what a 13 amp socket can supply, about 3kW at the absolute most, and it means there is no electrician in this purchase. Every traditional sauna on this site needs a dedicated circuit and notifiable work. This does not.
The commitments nobody lists next to the price.

The mains cable and RCD plug are on it when it arrives. An ordinary outdoor socket runs it, and that is the whole electrical story. The plug caps the draw at 13 amps.
Cold water slows bacterial growth, it does not stop it, and the ozone and UV on this bath work in chilling mode only. Nothing published for it removes the need for a residual disinfectant. PWTAG's ice bath standard sets chlorine at 1.0 to 5.0 mg/l at pH 7.0 to 7.6. At 40°C you are running a hot tub, and the water needs testing like one.
Its job in summer is keeping warm air and sunshine out of cold water, and in winter keeping heat in warm water. Either way it is what stops the heat pump running all day. The clips on the corners are there to be used.
The brand rates it for a working ambient of minus 18 to 43°C and fits an antifreeze and defrost function, so it can stay outside and full through a British winter rather than being drained in November. Between November and March the weather does most of the chilling for nothing.

The cold water immersion research sits between roughly 8 and 15°C, so 5°C is already below the studied band, but if the lowest number is what you are buying then this is not it and we will say so.
