The largest Zen. Two full tiers for four in a 2 by 1.74 metre cabin, with a 6kW Harvia heater on a 35 amp circuit. Nothing to configure, and the heater is not an extra.

Delivery is available across the UK and the charge is confirmed for your postcode in writing before anything is dispatched. Offshore and some remote postcodes cost more, and we tell you the figure before you commit rather than after.
The cabin arrives flat, as wall, roof and glass panels with the benches, heater and kit boxed separately, 232kg in total on the maker's figure. The number of packages and the size of the largest one are being confirmed with the distributor and are not published here until they are, because on an indoor cabin the question that matters is whether the largest panel turns your stairs.
Installation can be arranged where you would rather not build it yourself. Once you place your order we confirm the delivery and installation options for your address, and nothing is dispatched until you are happy with both.
Warranty
Seven years on the wood structure and two years on the electrical components, which are the terms France Sauna publish for the Zen range in its specification sheet.
The UK administration of that warranty runs through the distributor, and we are confirming the claims process in writing before this sauna becomes buyable. Until then the figures above are the maker's published terms rather than a promise we have tested.
Claims come to us. One email, and we deal with the distributor and the maker on your behalf rather than handing you a phone number.
Returns
Until the order is placed with the supplier you can cancel and be refunded in full, with no reason needed.
After that the cabin is on its way from the distributor, and our returns policy sets out exactly where that leaves you. Check the packages against the parts list on the day they arrive and tell us about anything damaged or missing within 48 hours; anything that arrives damaged or faulty is ours to put right either way.
About this product
The Zen 4 is the largest cabin in the range: 1,980mm wide, 1,740mm deep and 2,000mm tall, in Canadian spruce, with a 4mm glass door in a wooden frame and glass panels either side. Two tiers of bench with headrests seat four adults without touching, the upper tier where the heat is and the lower for those who want it gentler. Soft lighting in the top corner and under the bench.
It is a traditional electric sauna rather than an infrared one: a 6kW Harvia Vega heater with 20kg of stones is in the price, along with the wooden bucket and ladle, the thermometer and hygrometer and the sand timer.
The heater needs its own circuit, fitted by an electrician, and this is the one cabin in the range that asks a real question of your consumer unit: Harvia specify a 35A fuse for the 6kW Vega on a 230V single phase supply, or 3 × 10A on three phase. Everything else about it is fixed, so there is nothing to configure.
Who this is actually for.
Every product here is described with the honest opposite beside it: who it suits, and who should be looking at something else. If none of the descriptions below fits you, the right answer is elsewhere in the range, or elsewhere entirely, and we would rather say so.
Two tiers: the upper bench is where the heat is, the lower one is for those who want it gentler, and four adults sit without touching. At 6kW the Harvia heater draws about 26 amps at 230 volts, and Harvia specify a 35 amp fuse for it, so this is the one cabin in the range that asks a real question of your consumer unit before you order.
Worth confirmingyou have a small room or a modest supply. Nearly 2 metres wide and 1.74 deep, it wants a room to itself, and a 35 amp circuit is not always available without work at the board. The Zen 3C does three to four on 20 amps in a corner.
Most cabins at this size are sold bare and the heater is added at the checkout. Here the Harvia Vega, its stones, the bucket, the ladle, the thermometer and the sand timer are all in the £2,650, so the figure on this page is the figure you pay for a working sauna, before delivery and the electrician.
Worth confirmingyou want WiFi, a schedule or an app. The Vega is controlled by two switches on the heater itself, a timer and a thermostat, and that is all. It is simple, which is a virtue, but it will not warm up while you drive home.
The product that gets used is the one worth recommending, and it is not always the largest one.
The measurements that decide it.
Read this before anything else. An indoor cabin is almost never sent back because it was the wrong product; it is sent back because it would not go up the stairs or stand up in the room.
The ceiling and the supply are the two to respect. The finished cabin is 2 metres tall and the wall panels are tipped upright during assembly, so there has to be room above them. And Harvia specify a 35 amp fuse for the 6kW heater on single phase, which an electrician should confirm your board can give before you order, not after.

Ceiling height, floor, access and your consumer unit are agreed before the order is placed with the distributor. There is nothing to configure on the cabin itself.

The circuit
An electrician runs a 35A single phase circuit to the corner where the heater will hang and leaves it ready to terminate. A room containing a sauna heater is notifiable work, so this is not a job for a competent friend.

Two people, working from the manual
Wall panels up, glass in, roof on, benches and heater guard fitted. If you would rather hand it over, installation is arranged for your address once you have ordered.
- Before first use
The electrician returns
The heater is hung, connected and the circuit tested and certified. You should be handed a certificate. Then the stones go in, loosely, and the first heat cycle burns off the factory smell with the door open.
What owning one actually involves.
The handful of things that decide whether this is still in use in year three.
The Harvia Vega is controlled by a timer and a thermostat on the heater itself. Set both, wait for the stones to come up, and throw water when you want steam. There is no app and nothing to pair, which is either the point or the problem, depending on who you are.
Spruce carries pitch pockets that cannot be seen when the boards are sorted. If one is near the surface, heat softens it and it weeps. Acetone on a rag takes it off, or let it harden and scrape it. Worth knowing before it happens rather than after.
An unheated timber room in a house that breathes is where mould starts, and one cycle a month prevents it. This is Harvia's standing advice for any cabin left idle.
Nothing else inside. Bare timber in a sauna is meant to stay bare, and detergents leave a film that bakes.

Heat up: 6kW for 45 minutes is 4.5 kWh, for a room of about 6.9 cubic metres. Holding: 1 hour at roughly 40% duty is 2.4 kWh. Total 6.9 kWh at 26.11p is about £1.80.

Sauna stones crack and crumble with use and are restacked yearly and replaced when they do. Harvia's 6kW Vega takes 20kg. They are the only consumable part.
Assumptions: electricity at the Ofgem price cap unit rate of 26.11p per kWh, 1 July to 30 September 2026, including VAT. Figures are calculated from the heater's rated output of 6kW, not measured on an installed cabin. Neither France Sauna nor Harvia publish a heat up time for this cabin; 45 minutes is our working figure for a room of about 6.9 cubic metres indoors, and it says so here rather than being presented as theirs. An indoor cabin in a heated house loses far less than an outdoor one, so these sums are closer to the truth than the same sums on a garden sauna.

Reasons to buy something else.
Harvia's fuse rating for the 6kW Vega on single phase is 35 amps. Some boards will take that without fuss and some will not, and an electrician's answer before you order is worth more than ours after. The Zen 3C needs 20 amps and seats nearly as many.
The heater will not run from a socket. If a dedicated circuit is not possible where the cabin would stand, an infrared cabin on a lighter supply is the honest alternative, and the Apollon range is built for exactly that.
Two switches on the heater, a timer and a thermostat, and nothing beyond them. It is simple by design. If you want the sauna warm when you walk in from the car, this is not the cabin that does it.
A timber cabin wants a dry room with air moving through it. A sauna does not fix a cellar; it makes the problem worse and puts spruce in the middle of it.
