Infrared is not a smaller sauna, it is a different thing: no stones, no steam and no long warm up, and a session that costs pennies. This is the corner one: an angled glass front, an L shaped bench for three or four, and four adjustable quartz emitters with five carbon panels behind the slats, in 1.6 metres square.

Delivery is included in the price, kerbside to mainland Britain: England, Wales and mainland Scotland. The Scottish Highlands, islands and any address a lorry cannot reach are quoted in writing before dispatch, and if the figure does not suit you, cancel for a full refund. If you would rather not build it yourself, we can introduce you to an independent installer near you, although an infrared cabin is the one most people put together themselves.
Warranty
Ten years on the wood structure and two years on the electrical components, which are the terms Holl's publish for the Canopée in its 2026 catalogue.
The UK distributor administers the warranty and raises claims with Holl's where needed. The cabin is sold for home use: the distributor does not supply it for commercial use, and commercial or very frequent use can affect cover.
Claims come to us. One email, and we deal with the distributor and Holl's on your behalf rather than handing you a phone number.
Returns
Until the order is placed with the supplier you can cancel and be refunded in full, with no reason needed.
After that the cabin is on its way from the distributor, and our returns policy sets out exactly where that leaves you. Check the packages against the parts list on the day they arrive and tell us about anything damaged or missing within 48 hours; anything that arrives damaged or faulty is ours to put right either way.

About this product
The Canopée 3C is the corner cabin in the range: 1,600mm along each wall and 1,900mm tall, in hemlock, with an angled glass front that puts the 8mm safety glass door across the corner of the room. Inside, horizontal hemlock slats line the walls with the emitters behind them, and an L shaped abachi bench over 500mm deep seats three comfortably or four who know each other.
It is an infrared cabin rather than a steam one. Four quartz and magnesium emitters, which Holl's call Dual Healthy, cover the short and long infrared bands, and five carbon panels around the bench and under it fill in, 2,600W in total on the maker's 2026 catalogue. The maker's documents put the cabin between 2,600W and 3,250W, which is 11 to 14 amps at 230V, so it goes on a dedicated circuit from an electrician rather than a socket. Everything about it is fixed, so there is nothing to configure.

Who this is actually for.
Every product here is described with the honest opposite beside it: who it suits, and who should be looking at something else. If none of the descriptions below fits you, the right answer is elsewhere in the range, or elsewhere entirely, and we would rather say so.
The angled front is the point: the door sits across the corner of the room, so the cabin takes 1.6 metres along each wall and gives back the floor a square cabin would have blocked. An L shaped bench seats three comfortably or four who know each other. Worth confirmingyou want a Finnish sauna. This makes no steam, there are no stones and you cannot throw water. It warms you rather than the air, and people who wanted the other thing are always disappointed. The Zen 3C from the same distributor is the same corner shape and does exactly that.
Each of the 4 quartz and magnesium emitters can be turned down or off from the panel, so a session can run gently on the wall behind you or flat out on all of them, and the carbon panels fill in around them either way. There is no long warm up and a session costs about 63p, so it gets used on a Tuesday evening rather than saved for the weekend.
Worth confirminga sauna is an occasion for you. If the ritual of stones, water and real heat is the point, a traditional cabin is the point with it, and the Zen range from the same distributor does exactly that at a lower price.
The product that gets used is the one worth recommending, and it is not always the largest one.
The measurements that decide it.
Read this before anything else. An indoor cabin is almost never sent back because it was the wrong product; it is sent back because it would not go up the stairs or stand up in the room.
The height is the one to check. At 1.9 metres the cabin clears a standard ceiling, but the wall panels are tipped upright to assemble it, so a room with a sloping ceiling or a low beam needs measuring where the cabin will actually stand, not at the door. And the supply is a dedicated circuit, not a socket, because the maker's own documents put this cabin between 11 and 14 amps.

Switch on and set a time
Set the temperature and the session length on the panel, choose how hard each quartz emitter runs, and give it about fifteen minutes. There are no stones to stack and no water to add.
What owning one actually involves.
The handful of things that decide whether this is still in use in year three.
Three kinds of emitter: quartz and magnesium units that Holl's call Dual Healthy, for the short and long infrared bands, and carbon panels around them and under the bench, all behind the horizontal slats that line the walls. The maker rates the cabin at 40 to 60°C. The air never gets as hot as a Finnish room does. Some people love that and some people miss the steam.
Holl's publish the supply as 230V single phase or 400V three phase. The maker's 2026 catalogue rates the cabin at 2,600W and its older documents at 3,250W, which is 11 to 14 amps; the top of that range is above a 13 amp plug, so this page states a dedicated circuit from an electrician.
No stones, no water, no filter, no chemistry. Wipe the benches and the glass down, leave the door open after use so the hemlock dries, and that is the whole list. The air purifier runs by itself.
A spare room, a bathroom with the space, a home gym or a garage that stays dry. It needs no plumbing, no drainage and no ventilation work. It is not built for outdoors.

Reasons to buy something else.
This is not that and it never will be. If throwing water on hot stones is the point, buy a traditional cabin and be happier for it. The Zen range from the same distributor does exactly that, at a lower price.
The angled front is for corners. Against a flat wall it wastes the space it was designed to save. The Canopée 2 is the straight two seater on a lighter supply, and the Canopée 6 is the straight fronted room for six.
The Canopée is an indoor cabin. Hemlock and electronics in a British garden is not a plan, and nothing in the warranty would cover what happened next.
Infrared warms the body directly and the maker rates the air at 40 to 60°C, against 80 degrees or more in a Finnish room. If walking into a wall of heat is what you are after, that is a traditional cabin's job.

Output does not: the 2026 catalogue and the maker's French brochure give 2,600W from four quartz and magnesium emitters and five carbon panels, while the distributor's 2025 brochure and the maker's website give 3,250W from four, six and a floor emitter. This page states the newer, lower figure, discloses the older one, and sizes the circuit for the higher. The distributor's brochure also calls the timber Canadian spruce where the 2026 catalogue says hemlock.
